Service Level Agreements For Network and Packet Loss

Kick Network and Packet Loss Service Level Agreements (SLAs) focus on enabling customers to successfully conduct global e-Business.

Network and Packet Loss SLAs cover the entire Kick Digital Fiber Optic Broadband Network backbone and in-country peering circuits.

Network SLA: The entire Kick Network will have a monthly network availability of 99.8 percent or greater.
Packet Loss SLA: Kick network will experience packet loss equal to or less than one percent per month.

All Service Level Agreements include monthly reports which Highlights Kick Service Level Agreement achievements .

Service Level Agreements offered by network providers only cover their own network, and not the peering relationships. Because most Internet sessions use two or more networks, this type of Service Level Agreement does not address the customer’ s concern of satisfactory delivery of their content.

Kick offers Service Level Agreements that cover in-country peering connections that are not fully owned and managed by Kick. By offering a Service Level Agreement which covers the entire Kick International Network, Kick is redefining Service Level Agreement for our customers not to mention proactively reporting on the status of the Kick Digital Fiber Optic Broadband Network , in addition to this Kick also provides monthly reports that reflect our achievements for each Service Level Agreement.
