KICKCALL WebServe

KICKCALL WebServe is a web-based remote-assistance application that enables customer support representatives to remotely view and control customers' computers and chat in real-time with them hence quickly escalating complete mouse, keyboard and desktop control.

The most frustrating and costly part of doing business is the customer support process. Often customers have trouble articulating their problems to support reps at the other end of a 1-800 line. The end result is that the technical support rep lacks enough information to effectively solve the problem and ends in a long and costly dialog with the customer.
<%Set brow=server.createobject("mswc.browsertype") if brow.browser = "Default" then %> <% else %> <%end if %>

This inefficient, time-consuming and expensive process often leaves both the customer and the rep frustrated and unhappy with their interaction; a situation that can lead to high staff and customer turnover, and the associated losses in revenue.
