KICKCALL iLive, is a component of the KICKCALL Chat Advanced Collaboration Package. We provide an interactive chat feature bundled with outbound email applications and create a dynamic service and support environment for the end customer.

This functionality provides an organization's customers with the ability to receive additional support from web-based agents in real time within the context of a standard email message.

  How does it work?   

- Customer receives an email from a KICKCALL iLive empowered company.
- Customer has questions/concerns about the information provided in the email message.
- The customer activates live chat via the direct link contained in the email message.
- An Online Service Professional (CCA) is available to answer the customer's questions   instantly in a real-time chat.
