Kick Communications Inc. has signed a Memorandum of
understanding with MarketLease Ltd, UK to address global
scale opportunities for Fortune 500 companies in the
automotive and real estate lease finance sectors. The
two companies will provide an end-to-end solution set
aimed at creating a fully operating "virtual"
company (private label financial management) services
for its clients. This association offers Fleet/asset
management, residual value investments, portfolio acquisitions
in a fully web-enabled environment so that every participant
can access their software solution in the finance and
leasing industries. This will result in major advances
in automation, and improved efficiency, speed of transaction
processing, authenticity, digital ID, fraud free environment
and enable Security for asset management.
