Accounts Receivable Manager
- Responsible for accuracy and integrity of accounts
receivable module and sub ledger; contract management,
order entry accuracy, revenue recognition issues, sales
tax accuracy and revenue apportionment supporting documentation.
Requires minimum BS/BA Accounting/Finance and 5+ years
experience in Accounts Receivable.
Finance Administration
- Experienced preferably in start-up hi-tech companies,
with knowledge in the areas of cost accounting, cost
containment, investor relations, revenue reimbursement,
accounts payable and payroll.
Financial Analyst Research
and Development - 7-10 years experience, Masters
or undergrad degree in technology field preferred, extensive
experience in cost analysis in the area of research
and development of a technology based organization.
Experience with Oracle MRP/ERP a plus. Responsible for
proper work flow, work analysis, historical tracking
and root cause analysis.
Investor Relations Coordinator
- BA/BS with 3 to 5 years experience supporting an investor
relations organization on a daily basis. Prefer general
knowledge of investment community, excellent MS PowerPoint,
Word and Excel skills and strong interpersonal and conflict
negotiation skills, and ability to work extended hours
when needed. Continuous and frequent contact with the
outside investor community to include presentation preparation,
tours of facilities, and tracking executive briefing
materials.
Manager Financial Planning
and Analysis - 10-15 years experience, CPA and
MBA Preferred, Extensive modeling in manufacturing environment,
, Oracle experience a plus. Responsible for quarterly
models, international trade, annual budget process and
business plan forecasting.
Payroll Manager - 10-15
years experience in payroll, management experience preferred,
familiar with ADP and international payroll a must,
experience with in-house payroll systems a plus. Responsible
for US and internal payroll for entire organization.
