Global Telecom, Inc., an international telecom solutions provider, and Kick
Communications, a global digital media company, today announced they have entered
a three year agreement with an estimated value of $6MM. Under the terms of the
agreement, New Global Telecom will provide Kick Communications enhanced network
management services (NMS) in support of Kick's planned international voice termination
product offering. "We were looking for a company that can provide us with
switching infrastructure in NY and LA, and were pleased with the breadth and quality
of the NGT solution," stated Mickey Kalra, CEO, Kick Communications. "NGT's
robust switching infrastructure, experienced service staff, and web-based management
tools will enable us to bring voice termination products to market rapidly and
cost-effectively." "NGT is pleased to add Kick to its growing
